Ken Raymond is involved in many entrepreneurial endeavors in the areas of hospitality, real estate, finance, and has been for his entire career, since founding Prime Companies in the early 1980’s. Prime Companies continues to serve New York’s Capital Region in every aspect of residential and commercial real estate development, brokerage, property management and hospitality ownership and management. In addition to work in the hospitality industry, Mr. Raymond is a Broker/Owner of Coldwell Banker Prime Properties residential and commercial real estate, which is the largest franchise operation in New York State and the 5th largest Coldwell Banker affiliate internationally. Ken is also affiliated with SEFCU Mortgage Services, a New York State Mortgage Banker which is the largest residential lender in the Capital District. Prime Companies continues to develop land for residential sub-divisions, commercial buildings as well as their continued growth of construction management and ownership of large residential apartment complexes. Ken is passionate about maintaining a strong presence in the community due to his belief that it is everyone’s responsibility to give back to the communities in which they have lived and worked. Ken services as a member of the Executive Committee of the Board of Trustees at Siena College in Loudonville, NY as well as member of the Executive Committee for Catholic Charities. He has also served as a trustee of St. Gregory’s School for boys in Loudonville, NY and Board Member of Friends for Adoption. Ken is also active with Coaches v. Cancer which raises funds for cancer research, and is very active in many other charitable organizations. He is a lifelong resident of the Capital Region.
Dean DeVito

Dean DeVito has over 29 years of real estate, construction, land development, property management and finance experience and specializes in ground-up development projects. He is a current owner of Coldwell Banker Commercial Prime Properties, which has won numerous awards as the top Coldwell Banker commercial brokerage firm in New York state, and of Prime Management, which manages luxury apartment complexes, office buildings and hotels. Dean also owns franchise rights for ExecuStay corporate housing for the Albany, Syracuse and Rochester NY areas, Prime Development, which develops and owns luxury apartment complexes, office buildings, flex space, retail, hotel and residential subdivisions. In addition, he is a partner in Prime Regional Center LLC, which raises project equity through the EB5 foreign investment program. He has vast expertise in all facets of the often complicated real estate development process to include: land selection, due diligence, governmental approvals, oversight of architectural and engineering design, management of team professionals, grant/financing and PILOT coordination, selection of the construction delivery method, construction review through certificate of occupancy as well management of the stabilized project. Prior to co-founding these ventures, Dean also owned DD&P building and development, which built custom homes in the Albany region from 1994-2009. He also co-founded Paragon Prime Funding, a full service commercial mortgage and consulting firm that structures and originates permanent, bridge, construction and mezzanine financing on behalf of commercial real estate developers and business owner-occupants. Dean holds a B.S. Degree in Environmental Science and a minor in Marketing from Syracuse University.

As General Manager of the Pavilion Grand Hotel, Susanne is responsible for the overseeing the hotel operations, budgets, marketing, sales and revenues of the hotel. Responsibilities also include managing the buildings retail spaces, including a full service restaurant & bar and catering of the hotels event space as well as a full service spa and retail space. Ensuring all aspects of this 4-5 star, full service luxury boutique hotel are blended seamlessly and upholding the properties high level of standards is paramount to the hotel's success. Susanne is a seasoned professional in the hospitality industry having worked at some of the finest hotels in and around Saratoga Springs. Susanne’s extensive hotel career makes her uniquely suited to manage Pavilion Grand Hotel. She brings her experiences from The Gideon Putnam Hotel and Resort, The Sagamore Resort and Conference Center in Lake George and The Desmond Hotel as well as the prestigious DZ Restaurants forward with her. She has been involved in all areas of hotel sales and operations as well as working with a high end local restaurant company. Susanne specializes in understanding and developing business and guest relationships – ensuring the highest level of guest experience is always her primary goal. At each position she has been creative in her approach to develop strategies, programs and plans that bring direct benefit to the bottom line and benefit to the community. She has been able to deliver substantial growth and development to each endeavor she has taken on during her career, and upholds her tradition as she ensures Pavilion Grand continues to exceed expectations both to the guest and ownership.

Assistant General Manager/Dir of Operations, Pavilion Grand Hotel/Prime Companies
As Assistant General Manager, Jared is responsible for the daily operations of the hotel. Jared works closely with a strong team of professionals that comprise the Pavilion Grand staff. Ensuring the hotel functions at a top level and managing the daily operational issues of a downtown luxury property are the main focus along with monitoring the IT needs of the hotel. Jared uses his past success as Assistant General Manager and General Manager at Best Western International and Wyndham Worldwide Branded Properties located in Albany. Managing the physical plant and staff to achieve the highest guest satisfaction scores at all of the properties. Being involved in all areas of hotel operations and IT and continuing to bring the newest innovations in guest service and experience allow Jared to help Pavilion Grand achieve the highest ratings in guest satisfaction and retention.
