Pavilion Grand opens colorful new bistro inside hotel

SARATOGA SPRINGS, New York; May 1, 2017 – The Pavilion Grand Hotel announced today the opening of Blue Peacock Bistro within the Pavilion Square. Blue Peacock, an urban-chic bistro, has officially opened to the community of Saratoga Springs and guests of the hotel.

Blue Peacock Bistro, which is located on the Pavilion Place street side of the hotel, offers breakfast and lunch daily, as well as a selection of wines and craft beers with artesian meat & cheese and dessert platters for all to enjoy in a vibrant upscale, yet casual setting. With both indoor and outdoor dining available, Blue Peacock Bistro aims to be a go-to spot for a cozy coffee, casual lunch or quiet business gathering just off Broadway. The new bistro will also be an exclusive carrier of cold-pressed juices and wellness shots from Saratoga Juice Bar, as well as famous French Macarons from TC Paris and other local favorites featured along with panini sandwiches and light menu. The bistro will be open between the hours of 7AM and 4PM daily and offers a beautiful street side presence for guests and customers to enjoy.
